You will feel yourself begin to relax the moment you pull up to the gates. The house is an eye pleasing green tone accented with a custom hand painted mural and appointments by a famous local artist that gives it a fun, tropical feel. Ascend the staircase to the main part of the house and you are greeted by a gorgeous etched glass storm door. Step inside and you will feel like you have just entered a model home. Attention has been paid to every detail. The floors are all wood, the walls have an ultra smooth sheen and are Venetian finished, the lighting is all very modern and lights the main area beautifully.

The main area rooms are comfortably decorated with a sofa, chair and chaise lounge as well as a large flat screen TV on the wall with satellite service. The connected dining area has a full table that seats 6. The kitchen is beautiful and completely modern with all stainless steel appliances and marble countertops as well as a glass tiled backsplash. There is an island in the center of the kitchen that also seats 6. There are two good sized bedrooms, both perfectly decorated and the master bedroom has a walk-in closet with plenty of storage and a full sized bathroom. There is also an additional full sized bathroom in the hallway. Both bathrooms are completely updated with modern touches and are absolutely gorgeous.

There is a large screened in patio just off the main area with spectacular views of the water that has plenty of seating for the family to enjoy the view. Also visible from the screened in porch is the back yard loaded with amenities the whole family can enjoy. As you make your way downstairs from the porch you will see the hot tub nestled in a very private gondola that is very romantic. Just beyond the hot tub area is a huge above ground pool and play area with swings and a slide. Next to that is the outside bar! Your very own “Margaritaville” with everything you need to mix drinks and enjoy time with family and friends. The entire bar area is covered and has lots of seating so everyone can enjoy a break from the sun and share stories and fun! The area is tropically decorated, whimsical and fun, exactly the things a vacation is all about!!

Also under this covered area is access to the additional bedroom and bathroom. Open the glass storm door and you discover what is actually a mini-apartment or a perfect in-law suite. No detail has been spared and it is elegant and beautiful everywhere you look. The floors are a neutral travertine throughout. The mini-kitchen has everything you need: A refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender and 2 burner electric cooktop. The kitchen leads to the dining area and a living area with couches, chairs and a theater sized TV. There is an ample sized bedroom and a full bathroom that has been totally updated with modern tile and fixtures.

No expense has been spared in this home. There are ceiling fans in nearly every room and the upstairs and downstairs each have their own central AC units. There is also an alarm system and intercom system installed.
